These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between h786 ("the Platform", "we", "us") and you as a registered or visiting user ("Player", "you"). By accessing h786 at any URL operated by the platform, by creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using h786 immediately and not create or continue to use an account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.

• Bonuses are intended for genuine player use. Using bonuses in a calculated manner to extract value while minimising risk ("bonus abuse") is prohibited.
• Free spins credited as part of a promotion have a monetary value per spin as stated in the offer terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds.
• Bonuses that have expired (passed their time limit) cannot be reinstated.
• h786 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, including after a player has opted in, if misuse is suspected.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, household, device and payment method is permitted.

All bets placed and games played at h786 are governed by the rules specific to each market or game type, as displayed within the platform. By placing a bet or launching a game, you confirm acceptance of the relevant game rules.

For sports betting including cricket, PSL, T20, football and Esports markets, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Errors in odds display do not bind h786 to honour clearly incorrect prices.
• Once a bet is confirmed by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a specific cash-out option is offered and active.
• h786 reserves the right to void bets where the result of an event is deemed to be affected by corruption, match-fixing or circumstances outside normal sporting competition.
• For casino games including slots and fish games, all outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Results cannot be predicted or influenced.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or bet, h786's records shall be the primary reference for resolving the dispute. The platform's decision on the outcome of interrupted games is final.

The h786 VIP programme is a loyalty programme with five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — that rewards active players with weekly cashback, faster withdrawals, exclusive promotions and, at Diamond level, a dedicated personal host.

• Tier status is assessed monthly based on total real-money wagering activity across all sections of the platform in the prior calendar month.
• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses over the Monday-to-Sunday period and credited to your account balance each Monday. Cashback is not payable on losses incurred using bonus funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at h786 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on the platform, including using different names, email addresses or payment methods to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games or exploit platform features.
• Collusion between players to influence game or betting outcomes, including in poker or any multiplayer format.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Depositing funds that are derived from criminal activity, money laundering or any proceeds of crime.
• Providing false personal information or impersonating another individual during registration or verification.

h786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include but are not limited to:

• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant.
• Player-requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting h786 support. Real-money balances remaining in a closed account will be returned to the player's verified payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds have been reviewed. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement will not be paid out upon account closure.
